These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the SK828 platform. By creating an account or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by every clause set out below. Please read them in full before participating.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and SK828 ("SK828", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all access to and use of the SK828 website at https://sk828.cam and any associated services, products or features made available through it.

To open and maintain an account on SK828, users must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
Age Verification: SK828 strictly enforces age verification through its KYC process. Any account found to belong to a person under the minimum eligible age will be immediately suspended and all funds — including any winnings — will be forfeited. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. All deposits must be made using payment methods available in your account cashier at the time of the transaction. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice. Users are responsible for verifying current availability in their cashier before initiating any deposit.
Payment methods commonly referenced in SK828's educational materials include Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and bank transfers via institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. Deposits may be processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR/Rs) or other supported currencies as displayed in the cashier. Any currency conversion fees or charges imposed by your bank, mobile wallet or card issuer are your sole responsibility. SK828 will display applicable deposit fees, if any, in the cashier prior to transaction confirmation.

Only deposit funds that belong to you. SK828 does not accept deposits from third parties. Deposits made from payment methods not registered in your name may be refused and returned, subject to applicable fees and processing delays.
Withdrawal requests are subject to: (i) successful completion of KYC verification; (ii) satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements; and (iii) compliance with SK828's anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. SK828 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.
Processing times vary by payment method. E-wallet withdrawals are generally processed faster than bank transfers. Indicative processing windows are published in the cashier. SK828 does not guarantee processing within specific timeframes and accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
As a standard anti-fraud and AML measure, withdrawals must, where technically possible, be made to the same payment method used for deposits. If the original deposit method cannot accept withdrawals, SK828 may require additional verification before approving an alternative withdrawal method.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are published in the cashier and may differ by account tier, payment method and jurisdiction. Withdrawal requests that exceed published limits may be subject to scheduled batching across multiple processing cycles.
All bets and wagers placed on SK828 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market or game, as published on the Platform at the time the wager is placed. In the event of a conflict between general terms and product-specific rules, the product-specific rules shall prevail.
SK828 covers a broad range of sporting events including, but not limited to, Pakistan cricket, PSL T20, ICC tournaments, international football and UFC. The availability of specific markets, bet types and odds is at SK828's sole discretion and may change without notice. Coverage of cricket and PSL events is provided as sporting content only — SK828 is not affiliated with, endorsed by or in partnership with the PCB, any PSL franchise, ICC or any national cricket team.
All casino and slot games utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology from third-party technology providers. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical and represent long-term statistical averages — they do not guarantee individual session outcomes. SK828 does not manipulate game outcomes.
SK828 reserves the right to void any wager placed: (i) in error due to a technical fault or manifest odds error; (ii) in breach of these Terms or applicable rules; (iii) where the underlying event is cancelled, abandoned or otherwise does not meet settlement criteria. In the event of a void, the original stake will be returned to the User's account balance.
SK828 may impose maximum payout limits per event, per day or per account. These limits are published in product-specific rules. SK828 reserves the right to void or reduce any winnings that exceed published maximum payout thresholds.
All bonuses, promotional offers and reward program benefits are governed by these general Terms and by the specific promotion terms published at the time the offer is made. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games and time limits are specified in the relevant promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in the expiry and forfeiture of bonus funds.
SK828 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, hedging bets to minimise wagering risk with bonus funds, using prohibited betting strategies, or coordinating with other users. Where bonus abuse is identified, SK828 reserves the right to: void all associated winnings, forfeit bonus balances, suspend or close the account, and report relevant activity to applicable authorities.
SK828 operates a three-tier loyalty program (Bronze, Silver, Gold). Points accrual, tier qualification, redemption rates and benefit entitlements are governed by the loyalty program terms published on the Platform and are subject to change at SK828's discretion. Loyalty points have no cash value until redeemed in accordance with published rules.
Note: SK828 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or discontinue any promotion, bonus or loyalty program benefit at any time. Promotional offers do not constitute a contractual entitlement unless a binding offer has been formally accepted within the published acceptance window.

SK828 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; failure to complete KYC verification; suspected fraudulent activity; AML compliance obligations; or at the User's own request.
Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a breach by the User, any verified Account Balance (excluding bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the User via an approved withdrawal method subject to applicable verification. Where closure results from a breach by the User, SK828 may withhold balances pending investigation.

All content on the SK828 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, data, databases and game content — is the property of SK828 or its licensed technology and content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other licence or right is granted.
Reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, reverse engineering or any other unauthorised use of SK828 content, without express prior written permission, is strictly prohibited and may constitute an infringement giving rise to legal liability.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. SK828 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free of viruses or harmful components. Users access and use the Platform entirely at their own risk.
Nothing in these Terms excludes SK828's liability for: death or personal injury caused by SK828's proven gross negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by SK828; or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
Gambling inherently involves financial risk. SK828 accepts no responsibility for financial losses arising from gambling activity. Users participate at their own risk and are solely responsible for the gambling decisions they make.
In the event of a dispute relating to your Account, a wager, a withdrawal, a promotional offer or any other aspect of your use of SK828, you should first contact SK828 support at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. SK828 aims to acknowledge all complaints within two (2) business days and to reach a resolution within fourteen (14) business days of receipt, subject to the complexity of the matter.
Where a complaint cannot be resolved through direct engagement with SK828 support, the dispute will be referred to SK828's designated independent dispute resolution process in accordance with the applicable licensing terms.
Users may not initiate legal proceedings in connection with a dispute that has not first been submitted to and reviewed through the internal complaints process described above, except where urgent injunctive or other interim relief is required.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, statutory or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SK828 holds its applicable operating licence.
The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction in respect of any legal proceedings. Nothing in this clause shall prevent SK828 from applying for emergency injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where it deems such relief necessary.
For Pakistani users: accessing or using this Platform does not confer any right, entitlement or legal protection under Pakistani law. The applicability or enforceability of these Terms under Pakistani law has not been confirmed by SK828. Users assume all legal risk associated with accessing the Platform from Pakistan.
SK828 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, SK828 will provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account, no less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect — except where more immediate amendment is required for legal, regulatory or security reasons.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account by contacting support.
